-Can I collect my coffee instead of delivery?
Yes, we offer collection from our store on Kirkstall Road. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect
-When can I expect my coffee after ordering?
We roast several times a week and send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Our system automatically send out tracking info.
Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery with in 48 hours. We usually find orders are getting to customers around 2-4 business days after they have been fulfilled and no later than 7 working days.
-My coffee hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Contact us on sales@kulturecoffee.co.uk with your order number, some contact information and your delivery address and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
-I need to change my order, how can I do this?
Contact us via email with your order number and your alterations, and we'd be happy to help. However, once shipped, we are unable to accommodate requests made to orders.
-Which roast is right for me?
