FAQ's

-Can I collect my coffee instead of delivery?

No, all orders are online and only and are unable to be collected, but can send your order right to your door.

 

-When can I expect my coffee after ordering?

We roast every Wednesday and post the same day. All orders made by 9am on Wednesday will be roasted for that day. Due to this, orders made after will be fulfilled the following Wednesday. 
(Longer delivery times due to corona up to 5 working days from fulfilment email)

 

-My coffee hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Contact us on sales@kulturecoffee.co.uk with your order number, some contact information and your delivery address and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

-I need to change my order, how can I do this?

 Contact us via email with your order number and your alterations, and we'd be happy to help. However, once shipped, we are unable to accommodate requests made to orders.

 

-Which roast is right for me?

We have an extensive flavour profile underneath all our signature roasts. If you have any questions, let us know on our social media platforms @kulturecoffee or email us at sales@kulturecoffee.co.uk, and we'd be happy to help out.

 

-I want to return my order, how do I do this?

If you find that your coffee is not quite right, send us a message on sales@kulturecoffee.co.uk and we'll be more than happy to help.
